Chef George graduated in 2004 from Le Monde Culinary School and began his career in various top class restaurants in Greece where he gained experience and perfected his skills. He has served as chef on board M/Y Endless Summer (49.90m), MY Rini V (36.58m) and MY Monte Carlo (30m).
His knowledge of gastronomy combined with his experience in restaurant management and his leadership skills, promises to offer an unforgettable culinary experience to the guests. Chef George’s specializes in Greek, Italian and French cuisine.
Chef George speaks fluent English and during his free time he enjoys reading and going to cinema.
He is 38 years old, married with one child.
